COVERAGE OVERVIEW

• This plan is a product that reimburses you, the plan holder, for your damaged or lost electronic devices.  Coverage under this plan only applies to losses to the electronic devices reported to us and shown in the plan agreement. 

ELIGIBILITY FOR PAYMENT

• You must be an active plan holder at the time of incident.
• You must provide us with written notice within 30 days of incident of the damaged or lost device(s).  Notice can be sent to us via mail or e-mail.
• You must deliver to us the device(s) that are damaged or we can arrange for pickup.

PLAN PAYMENT

• Payment will be issued within 5 business days either by check or ACH.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

• Intentional acts, fraud, and/or misrepresentation.
• Devices not included in your plan subscription agreement.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY & GOVERNING LAW

• We are not an insurance company 
• This is a subscription plan that pays for damaged or lost e-learning devices for K-12 schools or school corporations.
• The maximum amount of coverage shall not exceed the limits described within the plan subscription agreement.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws in which the plan was purchased.

PLAN REFUND

• This plan is effective upon selecting to purchase and confirmation of payment.
• This is an annual plan.  Additional terms available up to 5 years.
• You may cancel this plan at any time if there are no devices reported as lost or damaged.
• If you choose to cancel this plan and there have been no reported devices damaged or lost, you will be refunded 75% of your cost for the plan AND coverage will cease immediately.
